WHO WE ARE
We are governed by a Board of Directors, and our team consists of an overall Executive Director, Programme Coordinators, a Finance and Administration team, Field Officers and Field Facilitators. Our Board meets regularly to support UCRT and ensure transparency and accountability of the organization. We also have a management group made up of staff members drawn from all our regional zones, ensuring that each locale is represented. The management group meets quarterly. UCRT staff are scattered across northern Tanzania, either working at one of our three offices - Loliondo, Hanang or Arusha - or working on-the-ground in one of the 83 villages we currently partner with. As an organization, all of our staff members come from the communities in which we work.
